About Centerstone
Centerstone is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol rehab center located in Richmond, Indiana. Serving teens, adults, families, active military, and veterans. Programs include residential, outpatient, psychiatric care, aftercare support, and housing. CARF and Joint Commission accredited. Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, commercial insurance and self pay accepted. Financial aid, sliding scale payments, and financing are also available.
