About Center for Positive Change
Center for Positive Change is a community organization that provides a range of services including support for a mental health struggle or a substance use disorder. Located in South Bend, Indiana, this organization works with adolescents, adults, and families. Their substance abuse and addiction program offers care in an outpatient setting and there is also an intensive outpatient program if you need more robust care.
You’ll work with an experienced care team and will have access to evidence-based therapies including moral reconation therapy, individual counseling and group counseling. As you complete your treatments, you’ll also be connected to aftercare services so that you can build on the skills and healthy habits you’ve developed.
