About Carolina Outreach Wilson
One of Carolina Outreach’s locations is in Wilson, North Carolina. This outpatient clinic treats adults with addiction and/or mental health challenges. They offer a clinical assessment with a psychiatrist to determine your level of treatment. They run a basic and an intensive outpatient program. You’ll work at your recovery in group sessions led by licensed addiction specialists. In these groups you’ll learn relapse skills and identify your triggers. You’ll then step down into one of two aftercare programs for continued support.
