About CARE Hawaii
CARE Hawaii Addiction Services is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol addiction treatment provider in Honolulu, Hawaii. Their full spectrum of addiction and mental health services supports adults, children, and adolescents. Services include alcohol and drug rehab, case management, partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), dual diagnosis outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, and aftercare. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
