About Bridging The Gaps
Bridging The Gaps is a CARF accredited addiction treatment center in Winchester, Virginia offering an integrative, phase based approach to substance use and co-occurring mental health care.
The program spans residential treatment and partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and continuing care, alumni support and supported sober living.

Bridging The Gaps provides residential treatment and PHP, IOP and outpatient continuing care, alumni support and supported sober living.
Care blends evidence based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing with trauma focused work, 12 step participation and holistic services such as nutrition and Acu-Detox, yoga and meditation.
Who can get help here?
The center serves adults, including young adults, adults ages 26 to 64 and seniors, of any gender.
It supports people facing alcohol and drug addiction, dual diagnosis, chronic relapse and trauma, depression and PTSD.

Bridging The Gaps is located in Winchester within the Shenandoah Valley, offering tranquil natural surroundings and home like residences named Drayton, Sharrett and Hamilton Houses.
Services are available in person and online across Virginia, Washington, DC and nearby Maryland.
What about insurance?
The program works with many major insurers including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana, Tricare and Cigna, with no obligation benefit verification.
Medicaid is not accepted, though private pay options are available.
