About BlueCrest Counseling
Located at 571 Central Ave, Suite 108 in New Providence, NJ, BlueCrest Counseling Center provides evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment to adults across Union County, including Summit, Berkeley Heights, and Millburn. Programs include Adult Partial Care, Outpatient, and an Evening IOP designed for those balancing work or family commitments. Licensed clinicians deliver personalized treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring conditions using CBT, DBT, individual, group, and family therapy. Clients live either at home or in BlueCrest’s supportive housing during treatment, providing structure that supports their progress. BlueCrest is an out-of-network provider. Medicaid is not accepted. Levels of care
- Outpatient
- When a session ends, the real practice begins at home and at work. People in outpatient care test new coping skills in ordinary days.
- Co-occurring disorders
- Sessions look at how a substance use disorder and a mental health condition can fuel each other over time.
- Partial hospitalization (PHP)
- Partial hospitalization fits people who need daily structure yet are steady enough to sleep at home. It gives full treatment days while evenings remain open for family and rest.
- Intensive outpatient (IOP)
- Anyone holding a daytime job in New Jersey can still make room for care, because evening hours are set aside for sessions. The rest of the day stays theirs.
