Their therapeutic modalities vary between individual and group therapy, family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. They also use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, motivational interviewing, and even some experiential therapies like art therapy, equine therapy, and adventure therapy.
