BHG Columbia Treatment Center is an outpatient addiction recovery provider in Columbia, Missouri, part of Behavioral Health Group's national network of opioid recovery centers.
The center serves adults with FDA-approved medications, counseling, peer support and case management for opioid use disorder and co-occurring conditions.

Medication-Assisted Opioid Recovery
The center specializes in medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction, offering methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone) and extended-release buprenorphine injections including Sublocade and Brixadi.
Each patient begins with an assessment, medical evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Patients transferred from other programs are welcome.
Treatment pairs medication with intensive counseling, lab monitoring and ongoing health assessments to address both physical dependence and the underlying drivers of addiction.
Peer Recovery Support
Beyond implementing medication, BHG Columbia integrates peer recovery support from individuals with lived recovery experience, along with case management and telehealth options.
The program also serves veterans, LGBTQ clients, pregnant and postpartum women and individuals with co-occurring mental health or chronic pain conditions.
Telehealth services are also available for easier access.
