About Army Substance Abuse Program ASAP
Based in the US Army installation of Schofield Barracks in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) exists to support service members, soldiers, civilians, veterans, retirees, and their families experiencing addiction. Services are free and include risk reduction, addiction prevention education, military and civilian drug testing programs, and employee assistance programs. For clinical care, the Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care is the Army’s latest integrated model for treating behavioral health and substance abuse.
