Levels of Outpatient Treatment

Partial hospitalization programs here require six hours of treatment for five days per week. Treatment consists of individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and skill building workshops.

Intensive outpatient programs require three hours for three days per week. Treatment will cover any co-occurring mental health disorders you have. You will have individual therapy treatments, group sessions, and family sessions.

The center offers holistic therapies including mindfulness, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nutrition counseling. Experiential therapies consist of guided meditation, role playing, movement exercises, nature based activities, and art therapy using client action and experience.
