About Alpha Home
Alpha Home was established in 1966 for adults in San Antonio, Texas. They treat substance misuse and feature a specialized residential center for women.
Inpatient Care and Outpatient Options
Their women's residential treatment offers 24-hour care in a home-like setting. Each room can accommodate up to four women. They receive mentorships from their sister alumni to guide them through the program. It can last up to 90 days.
I should also mention that they offer outpatient services for men and women. This also includes gender-specific group and individual therapy for 4-6 months. Clients who enroll in these programs have generally already been through detox.
After you've completed this phase of your recovery and would still like to receive care, they offer ongoing recovery support, which includes mentoring, education and job training and support groups to help you out in the long term.
Networking with Usatine
In collaboration with the Usatine Wellness Center, they provide medical clinics every Monday and Wednesday evening. This can get you help with primary care, dermatology, and women's health services. I think this is a great way to show their ability to go above and beyond for your benefit.
