Levels of care#

Inpatient / residential

An inpatient program fills the day with individual therapy, groups and recovery activities. Each part of the schedule has its place, so time is spent on recovery rather than on old routines.

Outpatient

Outpatient programs can offer evening and virtual sessions so care fits around the rest of the week. Many people keep working or studying while they attend.

Aftercare support

Sober living
