About Valley Hope of Tempe Intensive Outpatient
Valley Hope Addiction Treatment and Recovery used to operate two treatment centers in Arizona, one of which was their Tempe outpatient clinic. From this location in Tempe, Arizona’s McClintock Manor area, they offered flexible intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and a range of ancillary supports aimed at giving clients a well rounded recovery experience.
Outpatient Care, Structured and Flexible
Their IOP was structured in many ways. It ran for a set 12 weeks, during which they offered individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational classes on various important aspects of addiction and recovery.
However, since each person has unique needs and responds to different elements of the program, their individual counseling sessions and support services opened up many ways in which the treatment received could be personalized. They also offered a nighttime IOP to help individuals who would be otherwise occupied during the day.
Helping Those with Special Needs
Their staff had experience dealing with the specialized needs of veterans in recovery, which allowed them to further personalize the treatment offered to patients with a military background. This support covered the individual’s need for a care program that was sensitive to trauma, anxiety and depression, while also supporting families with their virtual family therapy service.
Even though Valley Hope has closed, there are other centers nearby that can assist.
