Dynamic Living Counseling (DLC) is based out in Tempe, Arizona. This outpatient behavioral care agency is licensed by the state's Department of Health Services. They provide services for DUI offenses, domestic violence, anger management, substance use and offer an employee assistance program.

Legally Required Substance Use Programs

Level two drug education also lasts 8-16 hours and is required for charges such as DUI, under the influence, in possession of drugs or paraphernalia, sales, or manufacturing. The center also offers level one substance abuse outpatient treatment, level one substance abuse intensive outpatient treatment, and level one drug group.
