Awakening Recovery Center (ARC) is a well established addiction treatment center that can be found in southern Tempe, Arizona. They offer outpatient treatment programs built on a unique philosophy, and can help families with interventions and provide referrals for detox programs to those looking to take their first steps towards sobriety.
Intentional About Developing Independence
Their unique philosophy is that, for many people, recovery programs are either too short to develop lasting change or are so long that they make sobriety dependent on the program itself. That’s why, at ARC, they offer a two stage outpatient program that’s designed to foster independence while providing the best support possible.
Helping You Build and Live A Full Life
The first stage is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) consisting of 12 hours of treatment per week for three months. During this phase, they offer individual, group, and family therapy focused on breaking down addictive behaviors and building healthier habits, coping mechanisms, and perspectives.
Stage two is a year of aftercare support during which the staff focuses on developing other parts of your life that will help sustain a sober lifestyle. This includes assistance with career development to create a support network, therapy and encouragement through hard moments.
