About Insight Treatment – Modesto
Insight Treatment has one of several locations in California for folks with substance use disorders in an outpatient format. This Modesto location is based in an agricultural and cultural hub of the San Joaquin Valley. With a population of over 200,000 people, it's 90 miles east of San Francisco and 70 miles south of Sacramento.
Adolescent Treatment for Drugs & Mental Health Conditions
Insight provides care for adolescents in individual and group settings, as well as offering treatment to families, recognizing that mental health and substance use disorders affect the whole family unit. The diverse team of clinicians and counselors works with youth in a clubhouse space that encourages them to open up and process changes in their lives. There’s also 4,000 feet of warehouse space where families and teens receive treatment that addresses their individual needs.
Dual Diagnosis Care
The team at Insight provides an intensive outpatient (IOP) dual diagnosis treatment program based on the belief that issues are only effectively treated by addressing the whole person. The programs ensure treatment approaches include emotional, psychological, spiritual, academic and biological factors. The counselors recognize that adolescent years are difficult and drug and alcohol treatment must evolve to be more than just a teen drug program.
IOP Weekdays & Weekends
IOP is a cornerstone of their treatment offerings, allowing teenagers to fully recover from addiction through natural healing processes. Concerns are addressed in real time and family interactions are considered vital to the client's overall success.
Daily groups or individual sessions are included throughout the week, as are structured plans for the weekends. Teenagers learn to develop healthier life skills and work through a relapse prevention program that supports sustainable recovery.
