Treatment through a more structured intensive outpatient (IOP) or outpatient program will focus on one-on-one support with a specialized counselor and various levels of therapy, including group and family therapy. Group therapy provides a supportive, peer-focused session to address past traumas and issues that may have led to your addiction.
Long-Term Aftercare Support Program
I love that they also offer an extensive aftercare support program. They want to ensure that you have the right support to provide you with long-term care to sustain your recovery. Their aftercare program may provide you with access to additional community programs, including relapse prevention education, housing placement services and job placement and training programs.
