Mcalister Institute–Kiva Learning Center for Women and Children, in Lemon Grove, California, is a comprehensive drug and alcohol rehab for adolescent and adult women. They offer medically supervised detox, short and long-term residential treatment, standard outpatient (OP) programming, and aftercare planning and support, including specialized programming for pregnant and postpartum women, women with young children, trauma survivors, justice-involved persons, seniors, young adults, and persons with co-occurring disorders. They are a 501(c)(3) charity and offer low and no-cost services. Private insurance and self-pay are also accepted.
