About Community Research Foundation
Located in the southern portion of San Diego, California, the Del Sur Crisis Center is a short-term psychiatric and dual-diagnosis substance use disorder (SUD) residential program for adults 18 years and older. It provides a home-like alternative to psychiatric hospitalization. Services provided include evaluations, medication management, counseling, life skills training, and integrated substance use education. Clients can also take part in recreational and social activities. Services are offered in English and Spanish.
