About Red Mountain Colorado
The now closed Red Mountain Colorado teen treatment center was located in Boulder, Colorado. They served teens between 13 and 17 with behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, with an option for co-occurring disorder care. Their program was based on developing and using mindfulness. They also combined traditional talk therapy with adventure therapy and milieu therapy. Their holistic therapy approach targeted multiple areas of a participant's well being, not just the symptoms of their addiction.
