About Swope Health Imani House
Imani House is a stand-alone facility on the Swope Health Central campus in Kansas City, Missouri. They’re dedicated solely to supporting clients with substance use disorders. Clients receive personalized treatment plans, delivered in an outpatient setting, that includes individual, family, and couples counseling, medication assisted treatment, and addiction and prevention education for adults and adolescents. Additional services to facilitate recovery include transportation support, assistance with child support issues, job placements, housing support, and case management to follow up with clients and help them reintegrate into the community.
