There are also separate tracks for dual diagnosis, which include deeper mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Therapies include cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches.
