About Fellowship Health Resources
Elwyn serves children and adults with disabilities in Raleigh, North Carolina. Clients can get access to inpatient care as well as mobile, in-home support to help with a variety of concerns. If you’re experiencing homelessness, addiction, chronic mental illness and other challenges, Elwyn can help through their Assertive Community Treatment. This gives you access to a mobile unit staffed by a multidisciplinary team. They come to you and give you the resources and support you need to succeed.
