About Family Service of the Piedmont
Family Service of the Piedmont is located in High Point, North Carolina. Their Slane Center provides comprehensive care to children, adults, and families who have been touched by a mental health struggle or a substance use disorder. Care is offered in an outpatient setting with a specialized program for children, and substance abuse counseling services to men and women. There are both walk-in appointments at the two available centers. Telehealthcare is also available if you require more flexible care. Services are offered on a sliding scale basis, and Medicaid and most insurance policies are accepted as well.
