Helpful Therapies and Programs
Outpatient programs consist of regular outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment. Therapies offered include CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma related. Clients learn how to change negative beliefs that limit their recovery.
You will receive substance use disorder counseling which may be available via telehealth. Relapse prevention techniques will teach you how to identify triggers and how to control cravings. The clinic can assist you with other needs such as housing assistance, referrals to community resources, vocational support, and case management.
Treatment For Co-Occurring Disorders
It’s often the case that mental health disorders occur alongside substance use disorders. The clinic can provide you treatment that addresses both disorders at the same time. Trauma therapy may also be available for those who have been victims of sexual abuse, intimate partner violence and domestic violence.
Referrals for Detox and Residential
Clients in need of detoxification can be referred by the clinic to the adult detox or women’s detox program. The programs are short term non medical residential programs and can provide referrals for medication assisted treatment.
If you need more intensive treatment such as residential, the clinic can refer you to one of their residential programs. These programs are offered for adults and adolescents. East County Regional Recovery Center averages 4.6 stars out of five.
