Court Mandated DUI Treatment and Education Programs
Their services are offered to those who have been mandated by the court for a DUI conviction to complete required treatment and educational programming. They focus on treating those who have been diagnosed or are being evaluated for co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders.
IOP and Enhanced Outpatient Treatment for Morning and Evening Services
Their services for DUI include three levels of treatment. Level one offers education programming sessions for 12 hours within a period of three days. Level two provides both education and treatment through therapy services in both the mornings and evenings.
You can enroll in this program before being convicted of your DUI. The program fulfills all the requirements of the court order as well as the requirements from the DMV that will also allow you to get your license back and return to your ability to operate a vehicle legally and safely. Education and treatment are offered during the day and evenings.
Their level two four plus can be started prior to sentence and is offered as a means for assessing your plan for treatment. You may also be provided with the opportunity to continue to drive as you are enrolled in the class.
