About Community Reach Center Brighton
Founded in 1957, the Community Reach Center provides behavioral health services for children, teens, and adults in Colorado, including the outpatient clinic in Brighton. I noticed that the staff doesn’t specialize in addiction, but provides treatment for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Clients typically pay for services using private insurance or Medicaid. There is an income based sliding fee scale payment plan available for eligible clients. The clinic in Brighton offers outpatient services and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Providing Integrated Medical Services
In addition to mental and behavioral health services, the clinic provides a team of doctors, nurses, and master's level nurse practitioners. They can create wraparound programs via Wellness Recovery Action Planning and Whole Health Action Planning, which focus on group support and peer meetings. Groups are about 5-15 people in numbers and meet 3-4 times each week.
Case Management
Case managers ensure care coordination across your providers, which I think makes treatment more effective. They’ll support you with individual services and develop a psychosocial rehabilitation plan to help you thrive in recovery. Clients who need more intense treatment can be referred to their inpatient programs. Community Reach Center also connects clients with community resources.
