About Cedar Hills Outpatient Campus
Cedar Hills Outpatient Campus, also known as Branches Portland, is an outpatient treatment program in Portland, Oregon, serving adults with mental health and substance use concerns, including co-occurring disorders. The program offers partial hospitalization program and Intensive Outpatient Program levels of care, with specialized tracks for mental health, women, DBT skills and wellness and recovery. Clients value the flexible scheduling and the choice to attend sessions in person or through telehealth services.
Specialized Outpatient Programs Including Medication Management
The center provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming with 5 distinct tracks: Mental Health, Co-Occurring Disorders, The Women’s Program, Wellness and Recovery and DBT Skills. Medication Assisted Treatment is available as a long term medication management service for patients enrolled in outpatient care. This includes Suboxone or Subutex initiation and maintenance when clinically appropriate.
Treatment for Adults with Specialized Care for Women
Cedar Hills Outpatient Campus serves adults experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or both simultaneously. The Women’s Program is designed to address the specific needs and experiences of female clients seeking recovery and emotional stability.
What Treatment Approaches Are Used
Group therapy is a core component of care and typically meets 3 to 5 days per week, depending on the level of service. Programming incorporates dialectical behavior therapy modules, including mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is also integrated, along with wellness focused content that emphasizes physical health, social connection and meaningful daily activities. Regular check ins with a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner support medication management in coordination with counseling services.
The program accepts Medicare, private insurance, military insurance such as TRICARE and self pay arrangements. Sliding scale payment assistance may be available for eligible individuals.
