Intensive Outpatient Programs

Therapy Groups and Topics
Adult and adolescent sessions are specific to age. You will be part of process groups, multi family groups, psycho education groups, anger management groups, 12 step groups, and life skills groups.
Groups are kept to 10 or less participants to allow for peer bonding and healthy discussions. In group sessions you will learn about post-acute withdrawal syndrome, how to prevent relapses, and how to manage your cravings, triggers, and urges. You will be taught about the disease of addiction, discuss family matters, learn how to socialize in a way that promotes sobriety, and learn about co-occurring disorders.
Clients attend three group personal training programs. During this time, they work with an expert to develop an exercise and nutrition plan. You’ll also learn about nutrition, hormonal balancing, training methodologies, and injury prevention.
Holistic treatments include yoga, mindfulness, and experiential therapy. Other services the clinic provides are academic coaching, vocational support, life skills training, case management, legal support, and peer support.
Since they’re not a medical facility, you could be referred to another treatment location based on your assessment. For those who are involved in our loved one’s lives and like to track their progress, they can be assured the clinic does provide this information to families.
