About Wenholz House
Wenholz House in Corpus Christi, Texas, provides transitional housing for adult men and women who’re committed to substance abuse recovery. This service is funded by donations from the community and churches, and food is free. residents pay a modest weekly rent once they have gotten a job. They’ve on-site staff to help residents with any Aftercare needs they have such as finding work, reunifying with family and attending recovery meetings. The gendered homes are located in residential neighborhoods and are located near public transit. Rooms are shared and serve about 60 adults daily. Food is provided at no charge.
