Vitality Unlimited Silver Sage in Nevada has several outpatient facilities that accept all age groups and genders. Their network is licensed by the State of Nevada Public and Behavioral Health. They're also Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Agency (SAPTA) certified. However, the Winnemucca clinic is now closed.
Vitality via Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Care
The facility accepted Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance carriers. They offered a sliding fee scale and accepted all clients regardless of ability to pay. Counseling and treatment for substance use disorders were provided.

Continuing care after treatment encouraged clients in their sobriety. Case management services helped clients connect to community resources such as housing and food assistance. Crisis lines were always available.
While they were open, you could have gone to local attractions between sessions. River View Park is 0.6 miles from the facility and offers an area of reflection with access to the Humboldt River, picnic tables, and a looped walking trail. Even though the Winnemucca site is closed, there are other centers nearby that can assist you.
