About The PAAR Center
The PAAR Center is a nonprofit drug and alcohol treatment center in Porterville, California. It offers programs at multiple levels of care to serve clients at various stages of their recovery journeys, including residential programs for men and women, outpatient care, and transitional living. This facility has served clients with substance use disorder since 1965, focusing on a 12 Step curriculum and harnessing the social model in which program leaders are people in recovery themselves who can share their experiential wisdom with clients.
