Shadow Mountain Recovery Intensive Outpatient Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a division of Integrative Life Network. The network manages many treatment centers across the United States that treat trauma, mental health, substance use, and intimacy disorders.

Addiction Types Treated at the Center
The center is addiction focused and they treat most major addictions. This includes sex addiction, porn addiction, alcohol addiction, drug addiction, opioid addiction, and substance use with co-occurring mental health disorders. Eating addictions are also treated including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating.
Intensive Outpatient Programming for Structured Outpatient Treatment
Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) groups here meet four days weekly for a total of 12 hours. You will have one individual session per week where you can work confidentially one on one with a recovery specialist.
You will also work or volunteer in the community and are required to attend five outside 12 step meetings per week. Meeting examples include Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families (ACA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA), Eating Disorders Anonymous (EDA), SMART, Refuge Recovery, NAMI, spiritual, or others.
Therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, brainspotting, trauma informed yoga, psychodrama, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and equine therapy.
Shadow Mountain is known for working with loved ones in a caring and compassionate way. A referring friend or family member will leave the facility knowing that the staff will provide non-judgmental and successful treatment for their loved one.
