About Michigan Medicine Brighton Center for Specialty Care
The University of Michigan Addiction Treatment Services offers an addiction outpatient treatment service in the Rachel Upjohn Building on the East Medical Campus, Brighton, Michigan. They treat addictions to prescription medications, alcohol, and other drugs. They will assess your situation before creating a treatment plan that may include individual and group therapy, outpatient detox, psychiatric counseling, MAT, or intensive outpatient treatment. If you need inpatient treatment, they’ll give you referrals.
