SouthPointe Recovery, formerly known as Franklin House South, in Beaumont, Texas, is a branch of Land Manor Wellness Centers. They’re accredited and licensed by the Joint Commission, Texas Health and Human Services, and the ACA.

They offer a residential substance use program to help men transition back into their home and community environment. Along with proven therapeutic interventions, you can access ongoing support to rebuild your life.
They provide comprehensive case management, as well as employment referrals and job skills training. These services can help you create financial stability and build a solid recovery foundation.
A Balance Between Structure and Independence
What stands out most to me is their phased approach. You’ll benefit from gradually gaining independence as you progress through treatment.
They consider week one as a “black out” phase. You won’t have contact with the outside world during this period. Instead, you’ll focus on developing a personalized care plan, getting to know your treatment team and connecting with peers.
Weeks two through four center around discussions with your peers about your experiences in active addiction. They provide homework assignments to teach you about triggers, stressors, cravings, coping skills and how to prevent relapse.
You’ll transition from intensive treatment to supportive treatment in weeks five through seven. During this phase, they work with you to write a resume and find a job.
Extended Care Options for Continuous Support
Another great feature I noticed was their extended care options. While many clients complete their program in seven weeks, you may be recommended and eligible for extended treatment.
This long term track includes family counseling and outside recreational activities, as well as connections to housing and other support. You can access these services for 14 weeks or longer.
