About Evergreen Health Behavioral Health Services
Evergreen Health is the network of community owned hospitals in Washington State, where you can receive primary care, specialty care and emergency treatment. Their hospice and home health program don’t treat substance misuse directly, but they can still provide support and wraparound services.
This location is in Kirkland, Washington, which is in an affluent suburb of Seattle along the eastern shore of Lake Washington. Home to over 90,000 people, it offers parks, shopping and a thriving tech sector, including one of Google's campuses.
Home Health Services Include Mental Health Treatment
Evergreen Health offers home health and hospice care at this location, ensuring the community has access to home health services that include intermittent skilled care, outpatient therapy and in-home mental health options. While Evergreen doesn’t offer a structured outpatient substance use disorder treatment program in Kirkwood, they do provide in-home mental health treatment when you can't attend your psychotherapy appointments because of difficulty with medical or behavioral health challenges.
Behavioral Health Challenges Associated with Drugs
Treatment is available when you're experiencing one or more behavioral health challenges that are commonly associated with substance use disorders such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. This in-home care helps promote continuing recovery and sobriety when a long-term illness or injury has made it impossible to receive mental health treatment at your counselor's office.
There are no out-of-pocket fees as Medicaid covers 100% of their costs. In addition to mental health care, clients also have access to in-home or virtual coordination with their medical professional to ensure proper medications are used, side effects are addressed and other physical health challenges don’t go down the wayside.
