They offer residential treatment, outpatient treatment, transitional living and a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP).
The facility works with most insurances but does not accept Medi-Cal, Medicaid, IEHP, or HMO plans. They are certified by LegitScript, accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the California department of Social Services.
A Full Continuum of Care
Elevation recommends starting treatment with their 90-day residential program. Then you can transition to their outpatient program or virtual treatment. They also offer transitional housing as an option after residential treatment. This program offers structure and continued peer support that allows you to gradually reintegrate into day-to-day living.
During treatment, you’ll have the opportunity to address mental health concerns individually and in groups. Experts will help you through therapy and holistic methods, plus medication management as well as fitness and nutrition support.
