The main campus of David Lawrence Centers Behavioral Health in Naples, Florida, is open 24/7 for emergency treatment. A sliding fee scale is offered for those who are uninsured. Pregnant and postpartum women are eligible to receive treatment.
Crisis and Stabilization Services
If you are experiencing a crisis due to substance use, you can come to the campus any time, regardless of your ability to pay. Inpatient crisis stabilization services can be referred by parents, law enforcement, medical professionals, the school system or other concerned individuals under Collier County’s Baker Act.
Clients in crisis are evaluated and assigned a treatment plan designed by a team of psychiatrists, nurses, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners and behavioral healthcare technicians.
Crossroads Program Inpatient Treatment
You may be referred to the Crossroads inpatient residential program. The program lasts two to five weeks and is centered around the 12 Step methods. You will have sessions with a psychiatrist who may recommend that you receive medication assisted treatment.
We know that coming off of substances causes emotional pain and stress. Residential services offer stress reducing therapies such as yoga, equine therapy and pet therapy as well as a swimming pool for fitness and recreation time. During group sessions you will learn about addiction, healthy relationships, tools for a successful recovery and how to manage thoughts and emotions.
Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
Intensive outpatient programs last six to eight weeks.Treatment consists of individual and group counseling and attendance at 12 Step meetings. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) requires 20 hours per week of participation in the residential schedule from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Some participants choose to reside on campus.
The Adult Substance Use Group lasts seven to 16 weeks. Clients can participate voluntarily or be court ordered. Group sessions use psychoeducational group therapy to explore the biopsychosocial aspects of substance use. This is an evening group program.
Sober Living at Hope Home
After completion of treatment, men have the option of living at Hope Home, a sober living home for those in early recovery. Men have access to recovery meetings and activities that promote recovery. The cost is $22 per day for a double room and $29 per day for a single room.
