About DACCO Behavioral Health
DACCO Behavioral Health provides substance use treatment services at its Ybor Campus in Tampa, Florida. The facility offers medication assisted treatment (MAT), gender specific residential programs, and specialized care for pregnant and postpartum women with opioid dependence.
The facility works with most insurance providers, Medicaid, and offers sliding-scale fees and financial assistance for those experiencing hardship.
MAT for Opioid Dependence
DACCO's MAT program serves adults age 18 and older struggling with opioid use disorder combining methadone, buprenorphine, or Vivitrol with behavioral health support.
The program includes individual and group counseling, case management, mental health services, life skills training, and family education alongside medical evaluation and screening for HIV, Hepatitis C, and other health concerns.
As clients demonstrate stability they earn graduated take-home medication privileges that support independence and accommodate work schedules. Sessions focus on building coping skills, addressing underlying issues, and connecting clients to community resources for sustained recovery.
Gender Specific Residential Programs
DACCO offers separate residential treatment programs for men and women, with specialized tracks for unique needs. The women's program emphasizes trauma informed care over three to six months addressing trauma, relationships, parenting responsibilities, and social pressures.
The Family Treatment Services track allows pregnant and postpartum mothers to remain with their babies during treatment, keeping families together while mothers build recovery skills.
