About Charleston Center
The Charleston Center in South Carolina offers various treatment programs to help people in Charleston County living with substance use issues break free of their addiction. Programs and services include residential treatment and withdrawal management, outpatient treatment, alcohol and drug safety action programs, medication assisted treatment, urine drug screening, and prevention and education services.
Private insurance and Medicaid are accepted for all programs, but Medicare is only accepted for opioid treatment services. Plus, services are provided regardless of a person’s ability to pay.
