About Cenikor Waco Treatment Center
Cenikor is a substance abuse treatment center for adults 18 and older in Waco, Texas. They offer numerous recovery resources and tools to help clients overcome drug and alcohol addiction and thrive in sober lifestyles. Guests have 55 beds at a secure facility where they can focus on recovery without outside distractions.
Supervised Detox
Cenikor offers medically supervised detox services where clients are supported 24/7 to ensure safety and comfort. When you complete detox, you can move forward with outpatient treatment. They include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), using FDA-approved medicines for clients experiencing opioid or alcohol addiction.
Although medications ease the symptoms, they won’t solve the underlying problems of addiction. MAT is combined with counseling sessions that try to uncover the root causes of substance use so clients can work through past traumas and contributing issues that led to addiction.
Sober Living Arrangements
Cenikor is focused on the entire picture and believes in treating the whole person, not only the symptoms. They include recovery housing to help guests transition to more independent living arrangements that still provide structure and peer support. These residences have onsite staff members who help guide clients through the program and offer connections to outside resources for continued recovery care.
Aftercare services are integrated into the program to help ensure clients have recovery resources after treatment. This service includes recovery coaching and Alumni support. Former clients have high praise for the supportive staff members and have reported ongoing successful recovery paths after completing the program.
They accept private and public health insurance plans, including Medicaid. Cenikor offers financial assistance to clients without healthcare coverage.
