Assure Recovery Center is an addiction treatment center in San Diego, California that offers comprehensive outpatient care for adults struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Addiction Treatment Programs
Clients typically begin with an assessment to determine the right level of care, starting with Partial Hospitalization for those needing intensive daily support up to six hours per day or Intensive Outpatient with flexible morning, evening, and virtual sessions three to five days per week. As clients progress, they step down to standard outpatient care meeting twice weekly.
Evidence Based and Holistic Therapies
Treatment includes individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and dual diagnosis care for co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
Evidence based therapies like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing are accompanied with holistic therapies including equine assisted therapy, yoga, mindfulness, creative arts, and nutritional counseling. Clients are trained for relapse prevention and life skills.
After treatment completion clients can receive support through vocational and educational services, continued counseling, alumni events, and ongoing case management.
