About YWCA Apartments of Rochester
The YWCA’s Apartments of Rochester program is designed to help women and children in need. Their primary focuses are ending domestic violence and homelessness, though their broad support includes connections for drug abuse care. Note that they don’t provide direct treatment themselves but assist in addiction recovery through case management and local partnerships.
This program maintains a number of affordable, long-term apartments for qualifying clients. In addition to stable housing, they include personalized support to help you build a stable and independent life. There are many conditions and situations outside of SUD that can qualify you for this program.
Experiencing Rochester
This program’s main office is easily reached with the area’s public transportation options, allowing you to easily reach staff when you need them. What’s more, the same transportation options will allow you to access everything you need to maintain your new home and sobriety, be it groceries, social programs, support groups, or something else.
