About Wichita Falls Faith Mission Faith Mission
Wichita Falls Faith Mission offers a flagship 13-month residential addiction recovery program that supports individuals on their path to lasting sobriety. It's based in Wichita Falls, Texas.
The New Beginnings Addiction Recovery Program combines a structured residential treatment with phases of orientation, substance abuse recovery and job readiness. Grounded in spiritual care and holistic support, this program helps clients build a foundation for long-term recovery by addressing emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
New Beginnings Residential Addiction Recovery
The New Beginnings program is available for adult men at the Travis Street facility and adult women (including those with kids) at Faith Refuge. It's divided into three distinct levels—orientation, addiction recovery and job readiness—with transitional supportive housing offered afterward. Clients live in dorm-style or semi-private rooms and benefit from 24/7 support, especially for those with co-occurring issues like homelessness, untreated mental illness or legal history.
Clients receive a daily schedule filled with biblical teachings, prayer, chapel services, counseling or mentoring, work therapy, and life skills training. Treatment includes GED classes, legal support, financial skills like budgeting and tithing embedded in faith-based care.
