About Weber Human Services
Weber Human Services is a community behavioral health provider offering substance use disorder treatment in Ogden, Utah, serving Weber and Morgan Counties. The agency provides a comprehensive "one stop shop approach" with outpatient counseling, residential programs, medication assisted treatment and recovery supports for adults and youth with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Weber Human Services tailors each plan to the individual, combining clinical care with peer coaching, case management and employment support to address the full spectrum of recovery needs.
Gender Specific Residential Addiction Treatment
Weber Human Services operates two gender specific residential programs with structured, phase based recovery models. The men's program, Stepping Stones, is a low intensity residential track lasting 60 to 90 days, designed for men who have struggled to maintain recovery at lower levels of care or have relapse histories.
The women's program, Tranquility Home, offers a home like residential environment with daily classes and scheduled programming and some clients may bring children ages newborn to 10 years, with clinical team support.
Both programs integrate evidence based therapies, including CBT, the Matrix Model for relapse prevention, Seeking Safety for trauma and addiction and Moral Reconation Therapy. Residential clients work through individualized treatment plans with individual, group and family counseling, urinalysis testing and transition planning focused on housing and employment readiness.
Family Centered Recovery and Youth Services
Weber Human Services emphasizes family involvement across all levels of care, offering family counseling and parenting groups alongside individual treatment. For youth ages 12 to 18 years, the agency delivers Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach therapy in individual and family sessions to address substance use in a developmentally appropriate framework.
Weber Human Services offers walk in services Monday through Thursday and crisis support during business hours. The agency accepts Medicaid, private insurance and offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for uninsured clients.
