About Therapeutic Interventions
Therapeutic Interventions, also called Recovery by TI, is an outpatient opioid treatment program serving adults in Chicago’s northwest suburbs since 1993. They provide medication assisted treatment or MAT with methadone and counseling for opioid use disorder. Their mission is to enhance each patient's quality of life through a respectful, harm reduction approach that prioritizes dignity and personal recovery goals, offering vital support in a region where opioid related challenges persist.
Specialized Opioid Addiction Treatment
With over two decades of dedicated experience, Recovery by TI specializes in treating dependencies on heroin, fentanyl, prescription painkillers and other opioids. Their program combines FDA approved methadone treatment with monthly counseling and medical oversight to create a stable foundation for recovery.
Treatment focuses on reducing harms and preventing relapse through personalized care plans, regular screenings, and supportive accountability. Patients frequently note the staff's genuine compassion and proactive follow up, which helps them build a life free from substance reliance.
A Compassionate Harm Reduction Framework
Operating from a patient centered harm reduction model, the clinic meets people where they are in their recovery journey. This philosophy minimizes the risks associated with drug use, addresses co occurring issues, and supports gradual, sustainable progress toward improved health and social functioning.
Recovery by TI provides in person care at their Rolling Meadows clinic, serving individuals within approximately 50 miles of Chicago's northwest suburbs. This established program is led by a team of physicians, nurses, and counselors.
They accept Medicaid and Medicare, with free treatment available for eligible Medicaid patients, and they welcome private pay options too.
