First Offender DUI Programs
The clinic offers four first offender programs. The Wet Reckless program requires 12 hours, and the first offender programs have a duration of three, four, six or nine months based on what the court has ordered for you.
Multiple Offender DUI Programs
Two multiple offender programs are offered. You will complete 18 or 30 months of treatment based on what the court has ordered. The clinic also offers programs required by the DMV and is licensed to provide treatment for out of state DUI offenses.
DUI MAT Integration
The DUI Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is a pilot program with the state of California. The goal is to reach DUI offenders with opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders who need treatment.
The treatment program is completely separate from DUI programs and is confidential between the clinic and the client. Participation in the program is not ordered by the court but is voluntary for those who desire to overcome addiction.
