About Redwood Empire Addictions
Redwood Empire Addictions is located on Professional Drive in Santa Rosa, California. It’s part of the Center Point DAAC network. They’re located in a standalone, one-story facility with ample onsite parking for you and your loved ones. They offer behavioral health services in both inpatient and outpatient care programs to address and treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder.
The center is accessible to Route 101 and close to many restaurants, cultural attractions and local businesses. Nearby, clients also find many natural landmarks to explore including Coffey Park, Rincon Valley Community Park and Howarth Park. You’re also close to the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center for those who want to drop by.
The Center Points Family
Redwoods is part of Center Point Drug Abuse Alternatives Center and offers onsite care to address and treat your co-occurring needs. They offer an adolescent diversion program which informs families and their children on the dangers of at-risk behavior including underage drinking and recreational drug use.
Adolescent Diversion Program for At-Risk Youth
The program lasts for eight weeks and offers some services through telehealth, while group meetings are held in-person. They help your children understand the negative impact of drug use on their brains, their mental wellness and their relationships. The program is also offered to those in law enforcement, community groups, parents and teachers.
Pregnant and Parenting Mothers Program
The staff also offers a program for pregnant and parenting women who are experiencing co-occurring disorders. I like that they provide customized treatment programs that aim to heal both the mother and child through medication, therapy and access to higher level care and community support programs.
I think it’s great that they also closely monitor the mother’s health during her recovery from addiction to ensure that if she is pregnant, her unborn child is not being harmed. They also offer postnatal follow up care to make sure you continue on the right path to healing and recovery.
