About Recovery Unlimited Colorado Springs
Recovery Unlimited LLC in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is an addiction and recovery center. They started up in 2011 and free weekly family support meetings are available. They offer a sliding fee scale and never deny patients due to their inability to pay.
Your first appointment is an intake session and can be scheduled in advance or when you walk in. They're open weekdays to 7:00 pm.
Substance Use Detox
Outpatient detox is available for those who need help for withdrawals and cravings. The center doesn’t prescribe methadone.
Substance Use Therapy & Treatments
Individual, couples, and family therapy is available. We know a healthy family bond and environment is important for our addicted family members. Family therapy offers free drop in craft groups that encourage addiction recovery and improving the home environment.
Co-occurring disorders are treated by the clinic. Clients may be prescribed medication for mental health issues. Trauma is treated using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) which helps clients properly deal with trauma.
Services for Offenders & Primary Care
The center is certified to provide DUI education therapy programs, including level four DUI plus services. They also work with clients who are on parole to assist them in meeting their parole plan goals.
Primary care services are offered in addition to mental and behavioral health services. The clinic can treat short term illnesses such as strep and flu in addition to long term illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes.
