Long Term, Holistic Healing
As far as sober living homes go, the program offered by RRS is unique in that it combines elements of sober living with those of a long term residential treatment program. In the first thirty days, they help you integrate into the house. You learn the rules, join a homegroup and must find a 12 step program to help you accomplish your recovery goals.
In the second phase, residents get more freedom and responsibilities. They’re strongly encouraged to have completed the eighth step of their 12 step journey by the end of phase 2 (month six). In the third phase, residents are helped and encouraged to complete their 12 step plan, find employment and start sponsoring newcomers.
